IEC Asset Company Limited (Former name: Asia Access (Thailand) Co., Ltd., established in 1996) is one of IEC’s subsidiaries operating and managing IEC Building and potential properties in future.
Over 80% spaces of IEC Building are occupied as business office for several companies, including IEC and subsidiaries, Live Corporation PCL, Bliss-Tel PCL. Phranakhon Rajabhat University, Adkinson Securities PCL, Ramkamhaeng Branch Office and Black Canyon, etc.
IEC Asset Co., Ltd. is visionary in becoming leader in property development and management, by the investment in developing and renovating five-storey office building in a 33,000 sq. m. area, facilitated by seven-storey parking which accommodates a capacity of 800 cars. The building will be optimized to serve as full-range office tower, based on the mission where revenue streams shall be constantly generated from short and long term run.
